My background includes a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, along with master's degrees in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and Applied Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. I've worked in a variety of clinical settings, from hospitals and community healthcare centers to schools and college mental health centers. This broad experience allows me to meet you wherever you are in your journey.

I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, to create a customized plan that aligns with your goals.
