Hi, I'm Stephanie

I help women gain confidence in their roles as parents and in their careers without compromising their well-being.  Reaching for meaning and purpose can be an anchor in the midst of major change and challenges.

Living wholeheartedly at work and home is not out of your reach. If you want to live your life with more courage, less self-criticism, and more hope I’d love to help you get there.

Working with Stephanie

Vulnerability is hard. Let's make the most your courage to seek help and grow in the space vulnerability offers.

Who do you tend to work with?

My clients struggle with self-doubt, overwhelm, isolation, and perfectionism. They feel low, anxious, disconnected from themselves, feel impatient, and/or they frustrated with themselves and those around them. These struggles makes sense to me because I see my clients at a time in their life when a lot of change is happening! They realize they have limited support for all they need to get done and, honestly, the promises of perfectionism and achievement are so alluring!

What do we do in therapy & career coaching?

Therapy and coaching doesn't work if we don't have a strong, trusting relationship. I make sure to get to know you and continue to grow my understanding of your values and needs over time.  As we work together, we get clear on your goals and what you are looking to change within yourself and within your relationships & environment. We build mindfulness skills that work for you, allow for (and learn about) difficult emotions, look at the big picture, and deepen compassion for yourself and for others.

How do I know if I need therapy or career coaching?

In a free consultation, we can talk about which service makes sense for you and if I might be the right fit for you. If you are looking for treatment to address your mental health - psychotherapy makes the most sense.  If you want to focus on your career goals and work struggles, career coaching might be what's right for now.

How long does therapy or career coaching take?

Everything is tailored to each client's needs. I work with clients short-term (3 sessions) and long-term (years). Each person has a different set of issues they are facing, and we can discuss before starting therapy or career coaching about your expectations. I tend to meet with most of my clients on a weekly or biweekly basis between 9-3pm on Tuesday, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.

Email or text me at the HIPPA compliant phone number below to learn about my availability.
